Delete Account & Erase Data

Request permanent deletion of your profile, bankroll logs, and AI predictions.

⚠️ Permanent Account Erasure Warning

Submitting a deletion request will permanently delete all your stored bets, bankroll metrics, saved AI scan results, and user profile data from BetLedger servers. This action cannot be undone.

Method 1: Delete Directly In-App (Recommended)

  1. Open the BetLedger AI application on your mobile device.
  2. Navigate to the Settings screen (gear icon in navigation).
  3. Scroll down to Account & Privacy.
  4. Tap Delete Account & Erase All Data.
  5. Confirm prompt. Your local database and Firebase cloud records will be purged immediately.

Method 2: Web Deletion Request Form

If you no longer have access to the mobile app, fill out this request form. Our team will verify your email and complete the data erasure within 48 hours.
